Shipping & Delivery

Tactile Anchor (Thumb Nest) preorders are estimated to dispatch approximately two weeks after ordering. This is an estimated dispatch window, not a guaranteed arrival date. Transit time is additional.

For United States orders, pair Tactile Anchor with any second item, including another Anchor, to qualify for free shipping on the order through our storefront checkout. A single Anchor alone does not qualify. Orders without an Anchor qualify for free shipping at $90 USD or more. Final rates and eligibility are displayed at checkout.

If a production delay affects your preorder, we will contact you with an updated estimate and applicable cancellation or refund options. Please refer to our return and refund policy for returns after delivery.

Transit damage: 100% free replacement

If your item arrives damaged in transit, we will send a replacement at no cost, including shipping. Contact hello@aurasyncobjects.com with your order number so we can arrange it.
