What is it made from?

Tactile Anchor (Thumb Nest) is made from unglazed zisha clay, with a recessed groove for your thumb. Surface colour and texture can vary.

Will the surface change with use?

The unglazed surface can develop a personal patina through handling. Change varies with use; it is part of the material story, rather than a fixed finish.

Does it click or make mechanical noise?

There are no switches or clicking parts. Move your thumb over the groove while holding it in your palm. As with other solid objects, contact with a hard desk can make a sound.

How does shipping work?

Tactile Anchor qualifies for free shipping when paired with any second item—including another Anchor—to the United States. The Desk + Pocket Set qualifies by itself because it contains two Anchors.
